Returns / Exchange Policy

Please choose your products carefully as Posh Toppers does not accept returns or refunds on our goods.

 

If you have received a defective product please contact us in writing within 3 days of receiving it. Please advise us of the order number and any information about the defect including a photo if possible.

 

Once your email has been reviewed we will contact you about a replacement only.

Entering the correct Shipping Address is your responsibility, please ensure to check the shipping address in your confirmation order email received shortly after ordering.  If there is an error please contact us at hello@poshtoppers.com.au immediately to have the address changed.   Once your order has been shipped, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do.  If your order is sent back to us, you will need to pay to have it re-posted.
