Processing your order

Each order is processed, cut, carefully packaged & then shipped via Australia Post.

Posh Toppers only ship within Australia.

All products are made in Australia by POSH Toppers.

Processing Times:

ALL Cake Toppers (custom and non custom)  are shipped next business day

Larger Items - Drop Boxes -  Place Cards, etc -  Processing is 1-2 Weeks

Entering the correct Shipping Address is your responsibility, please ensure to check the shipping address in your confirmation order email received shortly after ordering.  If there is an error please contact us at poshtoppers@outlook.com immediately to have the address changed.   Once your order has been shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do.  If your order is sent back to us, you will need to pay to have it re-posted.

Delivery

Once your order has been processed we will dispatch your order via Australia Post.  We will notify you (via email) of a tracking number shortly after your order has shipped and you can track the progress via the Australia Post Website.

Standard Shipping - Regular Parcel Post via Australia Post

This shipping method usually takes 3-7 days to arrive once Australia post have collected your parcel from our workshop. 

 

If you require your order to arrive sooner, we recommend you choose Express Shipping.

Free Shipping - Regular Parcel Post via Australia Post - For orders over $99

Express Shipping via Australia Post.

Express post shipping usually takes around 1-2 business days to arrive once your order leaves our workshop.  If you need your order sooner, we would recommend choosing this option at checkout.  

Please note Shipping times are only estimate. We recommend checking the Australia Post website to see how long a parcel will take to arrive.

 

Posh Toppers will not be held responsible for any item not arriving on time, delayed, lost or damaged in Transit.  Once your order leaves our Studio, delivery times are beyond our control. 

 

If your order has been sent to an incomplete / incorrect address, please contact us to see if you order has been returned to us.  If you would like your items resent, you will need to pay for shipping. 

 

No refunds will be made if an item is returned to us.
